At Réliva, chef Lien shares her passion for pure, delicious and fair-trade products and wine with her guests. Her culinary creations are inspired by what the land, sea and air have to offer at that very moment. She works exclusively with local farmers, fishermen and hunters who follow the cadence of nature. Her number one priority is respect for organic agriculture
and horticulture and animal well-being.
From her modern kitchen, she keeps in touch with the dining room run through her partner Cédric. He waits the tables in his personal, casual style and is happy to advise on the menu and the fitting organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines.
At Réliva, you enter an oasis of calm and warm hospitality that appeals both to local residents and guests from all over the world. The charming and modern interior with authentic elements is accentuated by a remarkable eye-catcher: the colourfully painted bar counter by graffiti artist Jamz Jamezon.
